Why is it that the human way is not to name names, especially in conflict

The conflict of different countries that wager war against each other is a movement that is controlled by a person,not a country.

It is the country that is wounded taking and covering over the dead in the catastrophe of war

It is my belief that it is not the country causing all the pain it is a person a person leading others with their beliefs

Their beliefs that are made even worse when people do not name names, they would rather name the countries place, a place that gives a wide expanse other than naming the actual person that is causing the wars

In blaming a country and putting all blame on a country other than the actual person is making the problem of the war grow even bigger rather than taking the person responsible that controls others to do more harm, more harm not only to theirs and others lands but it’s people to

It is my belief that you should name the person responsible and highlight the catastrophe that is being caused

Caused because of what their beliefs deliver

Maybe in naming and highlighting what the person represents and what they are actually delivering in any situation like a war, you can awaken a conscions 

If you make people aware, especially in the case of war, then they can stand up to what they believe and be less willing to follow the person, if this happens then the effects of war will eventually grow less and less
